Shapes Unlimited Inc. warrants that our Vinyl extrusions shall be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of twenty (20) years from date of purchase.

NO OTHER WARRANTIES APPLY. ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES ARE LIMITED TO THE ABOBE DURATION, EXCEPT THAT SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
This warranty is void if the consumer has modified the product and does not extend to color change arising due to normal weathering or to damage resulting form misuse or neglect, commercial use or use other than for personal, family, or household purposes, failure to follow assembly instructions and owner’s manual (including proper anchoring of the product), painting, forces of nature, or any other cause not solely a defect in material and workmanship, or which is beyond our control. In the event of a defect in materials and workmanship in a component during the warranty period, we will send a replacement part. In no event shall we pay the cost of flooring or labor installation or any other costs related thereto. Claims under this warranty must be made within the warranty period by calling 330.726.0844 and sending a dated sales slip and clear photograph of the part (or actual part if requested) to:
